Why use Bay-Broker when buying a NEW Home?
Remember that the Salesperson in the New Home Community is working for the Builder and is trying to get the highest price for their client. There are very often ‘Buyer Incentives’ that they have but don’t give out UNLESS THEY HAVE TO. You need a Buyer’s Agent on your side to look after your best interests.
